Rada Roasted Corn Chowder Soup

A thick and delicious chowder is now quick and easy to make. Filled with potato and roasted corn flavor, this mix can also be used as a base for other delicious recipes.
Just add milk and corn.

Directions

4 cups milk
1 pkg Roasted Corn Chowder mix
1 cup frozen corn

Measure milk into sauce pan and stir in soup mix. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often, adding the corn for the final 3 minutes.
Recipe variation:
Stir in 1/3 to 1/2 pound cooked country or breakfast sausage at the same time the corn is added.
