3 ¼ cups water
1 cup cooked, diced chicken or 1 - 5 oz. can chicken (undraine

Measure water into saucepan and whisk in soup mix. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and gently simmer 15 minutes. Add cooked chicken and continue simmering for 5 minutes. For variety: Substitute smoked sausage, shrimp or other seafood for the chicken.
