Four Pepper MarinadeWith the Rada Four Pepper Marinade, you can turn a good cut of meat into one that will blow your socks off!
If you haven’t tried marinating your favorite meats before, there is no better time than now to start. This new marinade is a delectable blend of garlic and black, white, pink, and green peppercorns. It will give your meat a robust flavor that is simply incomparable!
Combine ingredients in a large re-sealable bag. Seal and shake vigorously. Add up to 2 lbs beef, chicken, pork, seafood or fish and turn to coat. Remove excess air from bag, reseal, refrigerate, and let marinate for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. (Do not marinate seafood or fish longer than 30 minutes.)
Remove from bag and discard leftover marinade. Grill, smoke or broil to desired doneness (cook pork and chicken to at least 160° F).
