Rada Jamaican Jerk MarinadeBring the vibrancy and flavor of the islands to your dinner table with the Rada Jamaican Jerk Marinade!
This new marinade will give your meats a sweet, tangy taste that’s incomparable. A splendid combination of chilies, lemon, lime, and other spices, the Jamaican Jerk Marinade will take your barbecue to the next level. Simply mix the marinade with oil, vinegar, and your favorite beverage. Add the meat to it and let sit for 30 to 60 minutes, or overnight if you have the time. Use this with chicken, pork, or seafood for a meal you won’t soon forget!
Combine ingredients in a large re-sealable bag. Seal and shake vigorously. Add up to 2 lbs beef, chicken, pork, seafood or fish and turn to coat. Remove excess air from bag, reseal, refrigerate, and let marinate for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. (Do not marinate seafood or fish longer than 30 minutes.)
Remove from bag and discard leftover marinade. Grill, smoke or broil to desired doneness (cook pork and chicken to at least 160° F).
