This set has what you need to prepare your salads and side dishes and then carve your meat entree. This set includes the Rada Regular 3 1/8 inch Paring Knife, Rada 4 7/8 inch Non-Serrated Steak Knife, Rada 7 inch Slicer Knife and Rada Meat Carving Fork. Peeling, slicing fruits & vegetables. Cutting, carving & serving meats. All items are made with T420 surgical quality, high carbon, stainless steel blade is engineered to stay sharp longer. The handles features a permantantly cast solid brushed Aluminum handleSatin finished (do not place in dishwasher) with a finger guard. It is recommended that you hand wash & dry to maintain the shine of your cutlery.
