The Rada Stubby Butcher knife even though its Hand sharpened blade is 5 3/8 inches ,& Overall size is 9 7/8 inches. This butcher knife gives you the control of a small knife with the cutting power of a larger knife. Its great at cutting raw & cooked meats, you can also cut small melons with ease.
Each knife comes individually wrapped in a cardboard sleeve to protect it in storage. This Butcher Knife is made of black handle resin Specially designed for the dishwasher. Surgical quality, T420 High carbon, stainless steel blades & the Hollow ground blades are hand-sharpened for a razor sharp edge.
