Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Costs are $5 on orders up to $25, $8 on orders $25 to $100, and free for all orders over $100.
  • All orders over $75 are eligible for a free knife sharpener.
  • Also, all orders over $50 recieve a free Daisy Pan Mate Scraper.
  • Due to the Holidays shipping time may increase. Thanks for your understanding in this matter.
  • Radaknives4u.com ships all orders USPS or UPS. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we ship according to standards all shipping claims will be brought directly to UPS. or USPS. Please contact us with any questions regarding this. See Shipping Damages for more information.
  • We mainly use USPS Priority Mail on lighter shipments. However there is no tracking number for these packages.
  • All orders shipped within KY State are subject to 6% State Sales Tax which will be automatically calculated into your grand total.
  • We strive to ship our products within 3-5 business days. If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered you will be emailed with additional tracking numbers or notified of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship.
  • Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
  • There is a $20.00 charge added to orders outside of the United States to cover my extra charges. Sorry for the inconvenance.

 

Refund Policy:
Due to health standards we can't receive returns. If there is a defect or problem with the knife please refer to the lifetime warranty that comes with every knife.

 Shipping Damages:

  • All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping.  If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company – usually USPS or UPS – within 24 hours.  All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials.  Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
  • Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.
